James Coles is a fully qualified electrician with over 15 years’ experience in the trade.
He worked for a number of different companies in the area before setting up his own business, Coles Electrical Contractors.
From those early days, the business has gone from strength to strength. At the outset, their professional and friendly approach to every job, no matter how big or small, has gained them an enviable reputation in the local area.

If you are a landlord it is a requirement to comply with current legislation regarding electrical safety.
From 1st June 2020, it became mandatory for all landlords to have an electrical safety inspection when a new tenancy is granted. They are also required to have a similar inspection on all properties that are already occupied from April 1st 2021. The inspection must be carried out by a qualified and competent person.
